01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 333bt website and any associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other gaming products offered on the platform. Access to and use of 333bt constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

333bt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. 02 Eligibility and Registration

• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate registrations are not accepted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or where 333bt has determined it is unable to offer services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 333bt, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 333bt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets or bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 333bt immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
• Keeping your registered contact details — including your mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet — current and accurate.

333bt will never ask you to share your password by email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 333bt will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Any real-money balance in a dormant account will be retained and made available upon request after successful identity verification.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 333bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 333bt does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during 333bt's operating hours (06:00 – 24:00 BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• 333bt may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.
• 333bt reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 333bt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 333bt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• 333bt reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds, including odds resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or human input error. Affected players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed during an event at 333bt's discretion, particularly during periods of uncertainty such as injury stoppages, power interruptions, or weather delays.
• The minimum bet amount per selection is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and may be reduced for individual accounts where betting patterns indicate professional or systematic play.
• Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is subject to 333bt's dedicated cricket betting rules, which take precedence over these general betting terms in the event of a conflict.
• Live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar) are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Their game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of the gaming contract.

333bt uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results or by 333bt's commercial interests.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

333bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Slots contributions vary by game. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — this will be specified in the promotion terms.

• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333bt platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such incidents must be reported to 333bt immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using 333bt for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment methods without their express authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 333bt staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the 333bt platform that you are not authorised to access, including other players' accounts or internal administrative systems.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333bt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of 333bt or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any 333bt content without prior written authorisation from 333bt. Unauthorised use of 333bt's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bt's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333bt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond 333bt's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, natural disasters, power outages, government action, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any errors or delays in third-party payment processing systems, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

333bt makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. You access and use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in your location.

10 Privacy and Data

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by 333bt is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with 333bt, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

333bt processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming and promotional content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Regulatory or legal requirements applicable to 333bt necessitate the closure of your account.

Where an account is terminated by 333bt due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to an active bonus will be returned following a review of the circumstances.

13 Amendments to Terms

333bt may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.
